SHANE JEREMY JAMES BUILDS BRANDS

I believe in transparency. Unlike so many people who over-exaggerate their achievements and abilities in their bio, I won’t inflate myself or tell outright lies and I won’t follow the same formula. I’ll just tell you the truth.
Once upon a time, I too was addicted to drugs. I did not always make wise decisions. In my youth, my friends and I would steal ice-creams and popsicles from the store to sell. I didn’t do very well in school and most of my lessons were learnt on the streets.
One lesson that helped turn my life around was learning how to sell. From those stolen ice-creams, I developed a new addiction – business. Over time, I exchanged my bad addictions for my good ones and I focused on improving myself and my life. It paid off. I was one of the very first to open several ‘Curves For Women’ franchises in Canada and was the youngest franchisee in the business. I continued to build businesses. I wrote four books. I started motivational speaking. I sat on many boards. I loved every moment of it.

BUILDING SOMETHING THAT WOULD MAKE A DIFFERENCE

Actions of Compassion were inspired by my difficult background. The idea to start it was because I wanted to build something that was not just any other business. I wanted to build something that would make a difference. Actions of Compassion are a movement that aims to help people in need through compassion groups across the world. We are a community of people committed to making the world a better place. We work with people who are poor, homeless, addicts and down on their luck. We help people come together regardless of religion, race, gender or financial status. We help children, the environment and animals. Wherever compassion is needed, we are there.

Revolutionizing Compassion In Every Way

In today’s world of technology, we have the opportunity to spread compassion to every corner of the globe. We can connect with people around the world quickly and easily. To revolutionize compassion, we can reach people in many ways. We reach out to young people through snap chat and through musically. We are creating a clothing line and launching a book series about compassion to spread our message. We are just getting started. Our goal is to revolutionize compassion until it is MAINSTREAM.
We believe that everyone can be empowered to make a difference in the world and together we can create more acceptance, love, and compassion and world peace.
I know what it’s like to need compassion.
Now, there are compassion groups throughout the US and Canada, a web show called “The Everyday Compassion Movement” and a growing community worldwide including well known celebrities.
I’ve partnered with Bonnie Jill Laflin (first ever woman NBA scout and cast member on basketball wives) to organize the ‘World Compassion Tour’, an event to propel the movement into the international limelight. The tour will be launched later this year in Hollywood with 8 cities lined up to host the event. Each event will feature influential speakers, celebrities and world leaders with inspirational stories of compassion to share.
For events of this scale and calibre, tickets can often cost upward of $1000, which is out of reach for most of the audiences we need to reach. In the spirit of the movement, we will gift 4000 free tickets. To earn the ticket, attendees will have to do compassionate acts.
